If you currently have music or the radio playing on-hold, then your phone system is Message On-Hold ready. If you’re not sure, tell us about your system (make, model etc.) and we can let you know. Most all telephone systems are Message On-Hold compatible and we are familiar with every phone system on the market today. Why can't I just play the radio? Why would you want to? Consider the following: Legally, you are required to pay licensing fees for the performing rights to organizations such as ASCAP and BMI. Also, radio play can inadvertently advertise your competition, drift out of tune, provide faulty reception and static, and cheapen your image. How often are the messages changed? How often a music on hold message should be changed or updated is partially dependent upon the business or industry. Helping to determine this frequency is included in our service.
